Troops with 101st Airborne Division watch C-47’s drop supplies at Bastogne, during the "Battle of the Bulge". When the weather improved Allied planes resumed flying, delivering much-needed supplies of food and ammunition to the Allied forces defending Bastogne, Belgium, as well as tactical air support through out the area, December 26, 1944.
